Free email and telephone support as standard
All our clients benefit from free email and telephone support. If something goes wrong or if they just need a bit of advice then they can contact us in the certainty that they won’t receive a bill. There are no set rules on what they can ask us about.
Sometimes we even get calls from clients along the lines of “Got a minute? I’m in PC World looking for a laptop for my daughter but there are loads. How can I know which one is best?” We always try to provide the best advice we can.
‘No bug’ guarantee
All websites and applications we produce come with a ‘no bug’ guarantee. No Internet design company can guarantee that their products will be bug free initially, but when bugs come to light in our products we will fix them for free. In this way you get what you paid for and do not have to pay again to have something fixed.
The way we think is that if you bought a new car and it was delivered to you with three wheels, you wouldn’t expect to have to pay again for the missing wheel!
For obvious reasons this guarantee only covers resources and products over which we have control. Where third party products are used we will still try to fix any bugs but there may be times when a different solution is required.
